A seasoned Corporate Trainer, a Psychotherapist, Sonali Ghosh is the Cofounder of Dancing Lighthouse—a corporate training firm specializing in live learning experiences. Sonali has a rich experience of creating and delivering Training for Industry as well as Academia, especially in the areas of behavioural and soft skills. Weaving aspects of Psychology into her training, she brings her sessions alive with practical examples, role plays and active interactions. In her career spanning over two decades, Sonali has worked for and with leading organizations across industries like BASF, Lionbridge, Ingenico, Liebherr India, Magic Bus, Indian Oil and many others.

Sonali is also the founder of Dancing Looms, an online social initiative that brings authentic and exquisite weaves of India, straight from the looms to the doorstep. Dancing Looms not only guarantees the best in quality of handloom products, but also assures that a major portion of the proceeds is used directly to support the artisan community lead a dignified life: through sustainable ecosystem, livelihood support, education and food initiatives.

Sonali is also an initiator and catalyst to a philanthropic group Beautiful Minds that sponsors and distributes Happy Parathas: freshly cooked stuffed, vegetarian parathas to children from underprivileged background. Since 2017, this food initiative has helped improve attendance in schools substantially and also facilitate all round development in children.
