Shaina Leads the outreach initiatives at Embassy Group. Passionate about education, Shaina believes that transforming the education and health infrastructure in our country will contribute immensely towards development of our nation.
The Group’s outreach initiatives are therefore designed to provide every child with a holistic education experience and access to a range of resources, comprehensive health programmes, remedial interventions, skill development, college education, career counselling and gaining employment. Shaina has developed an alumni programme for government schools that supports youth with college and career counselling and gaining employment through scholarships for higher education and skill development.
Actively advocating for collective action through Embassy’s unique Corporate Connect Programme, she draws together leaders and corporates across with a common vision to spur collaboration for deeper and accelerated community transformation.
Shaina has been part of the founding team of Stonehill International School, one of India’s most respected IB world schools. She has served as a Governing Council member since its inception in 2008, been an integral part of the school’s journey, and contributed to its strategic growth. She has been responsible for overseeing the development of the master plan for the school campus over the years.
