A consummate marketing professional for over 28 years, Supriya is known among her networks for her proclivity towards leading impactful and agile MarComm programs with a focus on innovation, industrialization and sustainability.

She holds rich cross-sectoral experience of B2B and B2C marketing, seamlessly setting up successful strategies and actualizations ranging across consumer products, retail, telecom, media & entertainment, travel, education, and ITeS. She is passionate about orchestrating digital interfaces, conventional media and content marketing optimally to connect with discerning audiences and generating market share.

Supriya is actively involved with mentoring startups for reality checks on ideas and minimizing operational costs at bootstrap stage. Some of those that benefited from her expertise include education, e-education, AV rich media, fitness, e2e digital marketing, research and data analytics, social P2P network and cryptocurrency, among others. She works closely with educational institutes for their post graduate programs including MBA (SCMHRD) and MA Sociology (Sophia's), teaching and mentoring pre + post graduate students on successful career journeys.

Her rich and variegated journey began three decades ago, where she was fascinated by the world of marketing and HR, both of which have unified in her motto – "team work makes the dream work". She has often had eyebrows raised at her choice of employers, exiting her comfort zones and working through branding strategies, profit center development, content development, while simultaneously gaining an Agile PM certification to be able to juggle many crystal orbs at the same time. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, stray rescue and rehabilitation and watching grass grow.
