Academically accomplished, Nilisha holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Communications Management from the prestigious Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA), and a BSc in Visual Communications from PSG College of Arts & Science, Bharathiar University.
At the age of just 26, Nilisha launched her first entrepreneurial venture, Stay Fabulous, aimed at being India's first very own curated high-street brand. For her efforts with her brand, she was awarded the citation of being one among "25 Most Influential E-Commerce Professionals of India 2016" by Asia Retail Congress & CMO Asia.
Her passion and strong belief in the transformative power of fashion inspired her to expand into offering Image Consulting services. She holds credentials in Advanced Image Consulting & Executive Presence from the London Image Institute and has provided personalized style consultations to over 1200 individuals, helping them cultivate confidence and develop a distinctive personal brand.
In the realm of Transformational Coaching, Nilisha has impacted over 1000 professionals across industries, guiding them towards achieving their goals and developing a winning mindset. Over the last 7 years, Nilisha has established herself as the go to Trainer & Coach for Corporates, High-Level Executives and HNIs. As a testimony to her expertise, she was named “Global Top 100 Exemplary Coaches 2024” by the World Coaching Congress, highlighting her impact as a Coach on a global scale.
