Lucky is a commerce graduate from HR College, she holds Masters Degree in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Degree in Law from Government Law College. She has Executive PG Diploma in OD & Change from TISS. She has also completed her AHRM from IIM Ahmedabad and MBA from Newport University and

Lucky was felicitated with "Dr. Tarita Shankar Award for Excellence in HR Sector" by Making of Developed India Awards and recently she was also selected in the Talent Listing by World HRD Congress who conferred Lucky as one of the "101 Top Fabulous HR Leader in (India) ". She was also felicitated with" HR Super Achiever (India) award" by World Leadership Congress in collaboration with Times Ascent.
Lucky has professional experience spread across various sectors which includes Manufacturing, IT & ITES, Retail and Global Logistics.
Currently Lucky is working as "Country Group Head - Human Resources" for a Global Logistic 123 years young Company "Jeena & Company" & its 13 Group Companies.
