Chutarat has vast experience in a corporate environmental workplace with a
demonstrated history of working in hospitality, healthcare, food & beverage,
telecommunication, financial and insurance businesses. She is equipped with
professional skills in compensation and reward management, strategic human
resource management, employee engagement, human resource development. On
top of that, she developed compensation and salary structures for many
organizations. Moreover, she was selected by the Employer's Confederation of Thai
Trade and Industry (ECON Thai) to attend the AOTS course of HRM Management
and Industrial Relation in Japan where she obtained great experience in Global
Industrial Labor Information from executives in different countries. Currently, she
has completed the course in Compensation and Reward Management and
Workforce Management and Development from Michigan State University and HR
Transformation from Cornell University.
She also received the Award of 51 Top Compensation and Benefits Minds in 2019, Thailand Woman Leaders 2022 from the World Women Leadership Congress, HR Excellence Award and the top most HR Leaders Award in ASIA in 2022 from the World HRD Congress.
