Laila White has almost 30 years of global experience in fitness and wellness from her base in Singapore.
As a personal trainer, she has worked with high profile personalities, industry leaders and country leaders. Laila created gyms for homes and more than 16 Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts properties worldwide, including in Kyoto, Dubai, and New York.
Laila started one of Singapore’s most successful kids’ indoor playgrounds, PLAYtopia SG.
In 2017, she launched A.D.A.T (A Day @ A Time) a community outreach health and fitness programme in Singapore together with Our Tampines Hub.
In 2018, aQieve was founded with the belief that one’s wellbeing is closely linked to a balanced state of body, mind, and spirit. LIFE by Laila, a TV show was born, rediscovering practices, rituals and traditions that have kept Asians healthy.
LBL Season 1 was rated #1 in Indonesia. Laila's been featured in ESPN, Men’s Health, Daily Mail, MNC Channels, Money FM 89.3, and Yahoo Canada, etc.
In 2023,Laila was awarded the prestigious Asia’s Woman Leaders by Women Leadership Congress and Awards.
