I am a passionate, enthusiastic and openminded professional with excellent competence in the customer experience (CX) field.

I currently hold a senior position at Bank One Ltd and form part of the Management committee team. As the Head of CX, my main prerogatives are to ensure that the key customer journeys are designed and re-engineered from a customer perspective and that appropriate metrics are in place to monitor end-to-end customer journeys for an overall improved experience.

As a strategic thinker and decision maker, I support the Bank in achieving its strategic goals and objectives.
