Saleha P. Sacar

Ms. Saleha P. Sacar is a Juris Doctor born in Saudi Arabia and a Natural Born Filipino Citizen. She started her career in the government service as a Legal Officer in National Commission on Muslim Filipinos in which she has helped Muslim Filipino clients mostly indigents who are in dire need of legal assistance. And later in the year 2020, His Excellency President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, President of the Republic of the Philippines appointed and promoted her as the head of Bureau of Muslim Economic Affairs in the same Commission. She started serving the Filipinos at the age 36 years old being noted as the youngest Bureau Director of the Commission catering the 10Million plus Muslim populace in the entire Philippines.

She graduated Bachelor of Laws in Philippine Law School and currently completing her final semester in Master's in Public Administration with University of Perpetual Help Delta System in the Philippines. She has accomplished and completed various trainings locally and international including her Shariah Training which she recently earned.

Ms. Sacar is married to Deputy City Prosecutor Aquil Ismael of the Office of the City Prosecutor Manila, Philippines. And their marriage was blessed with three children.

Her integrity and leadership to the Bureau is an attest to her contribution supporting President Duterte's present administration. When she assumed office, she has empowered the Bureau from Central Office down to the Regional Offices to accomplish her desire in serving the Filipinos at large through government service. Her courage as the head of the same office helped the lives of the Muslim Filipinos during pandemic COVID19. Through her own initiative, the Department of Local and Interior Government directed the Local Chief Executives that all relief food packs to be distributed to the muslim communities shall be Halal compliant. The same was implemented by the Local Government Units nationwide.

Following this, various government agencies coordinated to her office amidst pandemic to help elevate the economic livelihood programs of the Filipinos. Her office and Philippine Economic Zone Authority signed a Memorandum of Understanding in creating Halal Economic Zones in the Countryside of the Philippines. This is to help the underdeveloped provinces of the country and create livelihood programs to the communities. The same project brought her as a delegate from the Philippines to Dubai Expo 2020 last December 5 to 15, 2021 to join the Global Business Forum Asean promoting the investment opportunities in the Philippines.

She has implemented various programs for Muslim Cooperative endeavors in partnership with Cooperative Development Authority. And most recently, she partnered with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to provide man-power skills training to be implemented nationwide.

Her accomplishments at young age as a woman, a wife, a mother, and at the same time serving the public is a proof to her dedication and commitment promoting the best interest of the Filipinos.
