Sameera is a graduate student from University Putra Malaysia(UPM) & University of Southampton, started her career as a salesgirl, slowly grow to Shop Assistant Manager, then IT Manager, after which she joins a food production company, continue in organizing International Conferences meeting women directors all over the world, consultancy for other companies to finally open her own company where she is now the Managing Director. With around 13 years of experiences, she comes with extensive in product development and has played a variety of roles including Project Management Specialist, Release Management Professional, Coaching, Mentoring, and Sales.

Everyone says not one to rest on her laurels, she goes the extra mile in fulfilling her commitment towards deliverables without wavering on quality or timelines. Various client testimonials attest her sense of strong work ethic and commitment. True to her nature, she is actively involved in the local community and volunteers her time and effort for various social activities. She has been serving women across the country, offering them an environment for their professional growth and social engagement. When one woman helps another, amazing things can happen. She has always understood the unique challenges we face. No matter where we are in our professional development or what technology field we are in, she will always offer a broad range of support to advance women from classroom to boardroom.

Throughout the years, she saw the need to provide coaching for Entrepreneurship and she started this journey trying to coach and running workshops on entrepreneurship. This journey in the world of entrepreneurship has been rewarded by the following awards received from World Innovation Congress as Mentor & Coaching of Women Entrepreneurs, Year 2016, 100 Most Influential Women 2016 Edition in the category of Finance & Technology, 4th World Women Leadership congress 2017 as Women Super Achiever Award by Femina, nominated in the 100 Most Influential Women 2017 in the category Economic, Environmental & Technological Developments and in the top 25 Most Influential Women in Mauritius "Hall of Fame" and be among the Africa's Women Leaders Award of 2017 by CMO Asia. Leaving the boundaries of our island she also coaches women around the world through Cherie Blair Foundation. She believes that women empowerment is to let a woman live with self-worth, respect and dignity.

Everyone has inside of her a piece of good news. The good news is that you don't know how great you can be, how much you can love, what you can accomplish and what your potential is. She thinks we are the best role models for women like us are people who are fruitfully and confidently themselves who bring light into the world.

She feels that her experience, her confidence and her passion can make her achieve a lot to awaken the Lioness.
