Dr. Rita Jairath is one of the pioneering athletes in women's bodybuilding from India. Winning the prestigious Pro-Card from the International Federation of Bodybuilding. She has various National and International body building accolades under her belt. She is also an IFBB Pro-League International Judge and a part of the Judging panel at the highest level in international shows.
She has greatly contributed to the growth of the fitness industry. And also worked towards inspiring families of people with mental issues as she herself has taken care of her mother who had schizophrenia and a son who is challened with autism. She is also a writer a Bharatanatyam dancer and a TedEx Speaker. She has been conferred with the title of World Peace Ambassador by Wockhardt foundation, affiliated to the United Nations and an honorary doctorate by the United Nations in Women and Child Development. She is an official with the Paralympic Committee of India and a part of the advisory committee in Women's Football and the Treasurer of Delhi Gym Association.
She is the founder and director of Ritambe Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. Her vision to see a stronger and fitter society inspired her to create her neutraceutical brand Proksham, to provide world class supplements with clinically tested ingredients. And as a woman entrepreneur, she wishes to bring a paradigm change in how fitness and wellness is percieved as well as set an example for women to pursue their passion, attain financial security and independence to be able to live with grace and dignity.
