She is a Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer and Consultant for a Sri Lankan based company involved in ICT Training and Consultancy. A corporate trainer helps organizations with the transformation of their human resources. In 2014, she received an award for service excellence from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT- United kingdom, for her excellent contribution towards their Higher Education Qualifications.
Further, she has contributed to various research projects. One of the significant projects was under Save the Children Sri Lanka.
She is contributing as a resource person and a speaker on a mission to bring more girls to the tech industry in Sri Lanka. Currently, She is a PhD candidate at Management and Science University Malaysia researching the same subject.
She leads DIVERSITY COLLECTIVE LANKA as the current president, in which the organization have a focus on diversity, equality and inclusion.
She is passionate about entrepreneurship, sustainable agriculture, environment, education empowerment, diversity and inclusion, and healthy living.
