June Cheryl "Chaye" Cabal-Revilla is one of today's most empowered women. With her sheer determination and a relentless spirit, she finished her degree in BS Accountancy from De La Salle University at just 18 years old. Embodying excellence, she earned her master's degree in Business Management, Major in Finance from the prestigious Asian Institute of Management. For years now, she has continuously dedicated her time and effort in serving the country's leading telecoms firm PLDT and its many subsidiaries and affiliate companies as a top finance executive. Armed with a brilliant educational background coupled with hard work and perseverance, she swiftly rose in the corporate ladder to become SVP, Controller, and Financial Reporting and Controllership Head of PLDT. In May 2015, she also became the CFO of PLDT wireless subsidiary Smart Communications, the Philippines' largest cellular company.

She sits as Director and/or the CFO/Treasurer of ePLDT subsidiaries, ClarkTel, SubicTel, Maratel, Philcom and subsidiaries, Digitel, Cignal, Pacific Global One Aviation, Pilipinas Global Network, First Pacific Leadership Academy Foundation, and PLDT-Smart Foundation. She is also the CFO of the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation and the director and trustee of Tahanan Mutual Building and Loan Association.

Her outstanding professional achievements have earned her many awards, including the 2008 Young Achievers Awardee for Commerce and Industry conferred by the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). In March 2010, she was selected as a member of the Financial Reporting Standards Council of the Philippines which is the accounting standards setters body in the country, similar to the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) in the US. She was also bestowed the Business and Real Estate Who's Who (BREW) by the country's largest weekly business magazine BizNewsAsia. In 2

013, she was among the nine The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) awardees for her notable efforts in establishing Gabay Guro, a joint program of the PLDT-Smart Foundation and PLDT Managers Club Inc. TOYM is the country's most prestigious award-giving body which recognizes the efforts of young men and women in various fields, including science and technology, education, agriculture, social entrepreneurship, music, performing arts, and many more.

She also received an Excellence Award in Business Partnering in the 2014 CFO Innovation Asia held in Singapore. For two consecutive years in 2015 and 2016, she had been an Excellence Awardee for BizNewsAsia Financial Management. In February 2017, she was invited as a guest speaker at Fortune's 4th Most Powerful Women International Summit in Hong Kong. She is the only Filipina featured in the event.

Over the years, she has also been invited as a guest speaker in various institutions and organizations both in the local and international scenes. Most notably, she has been a part of the CFO Innovation Forums in Manila (2014 and 2016), Singapore and Hong Kong (2015); 2012 Global Carriers Conference sponsored by British Telecoms at Windsor, England; 2010 Global Settlements Carriers Conference in Brugge, Belgium; and 2011 Worldwide SAP Telco Advisory Council in Zurich, Switzerland. She was also a panelist at the 2016 Asian Tigresses – Asian Carriers Conference entitled, "Lady Commanders: Leading the Telecom Transformation", which was sponsored by PCCW Global and Hot Telecom of Israel.

Aside from being called mommy by her most precious kids – Chayeli, 1 year old and Robert, 20 year old, and wife by loving husband Congressman Strike Revilla, her most cherished title is being Chairman of Gabay Guro, a flagship advocacy campaign of the PLDT-Smart Foundation and PLDT Managers Club Inc. which aims to support and honor teachers through scholarship grants, teacher's training, livelihood, teachers' tribute, housing and educational facilities, and broadbanding and computerization of public schools. This year, Gabay Guro celebrates its 10th year of paying tribute to the country's everyday heroes. Chaye's passion for the program is brought upon by the principle of paying it forward – one that is manifested by the positive multiplier effect of changing someone's life. In years to come, Gabay Guro aspires to greatly contribute in nation-building as it aims to support more teachers and future educators who ultimately shape the future of today's youth.
