Wasuthorn Harnnapachewin is a Senior Consultant and Director of Coaching and Consulting at Slingshot Group, Thailand. She leads whole consulting and coaching team and drives coaching and consulting business of Slingshot Group, top ten consulting firms and top three coaching firms in Thailand.

Wasuthorn is a project manager and has been involved in over 150 human resource development consulting projects with leading clients from various industries over 70 organizations including Telecommunications, FMCG, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, and Public Organization. Her areas of expertise include organization structure and effectiveness, employee engagement, career development, and talent & succession management.

Prior to joining Slingshot Group, Wasuthorn was a Consultant at Aon Hewitt (Thailand), Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Practice. She gained experience as a project manager in various type of projects ranging from employee engagement survey and improvement, human resource transformation, organization diagnosis and design, human resource audit, competency identification and development, talent and succession management, assessment center, and performance management. Within one and a half year, she got promoted to the next level.

Prior to that, Wasuthorn was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), people and change advisory practice. With outstanding potentials and performance, within 10 months of working period, she was promoted from Associate to Senior Associate and become a project manager on both local and multinational project. She was also a part of change agents of company's rebranding activities, focusing on new consulting framework being implemented. She gained experience in various projects ranging from merger and acquisition, organization design and operating model, manpower planning, business process improvement, competency identification and development, talent management, and reward management.

Beside her full time job, she leverages her expertise in human resource development to give back to the society by establishing a social enterprise called CareerVisa Thailand, aiming to help the university students find their passion at work through internship opportunities as on-the-job training, career coaching and mentoring, and training of the skills that have never been taught in the university. These services are offered at free of charge since it was sponsored by and partnered with both global and local companies such as Coca-Cola, HSBC, Google, and Krungsri Bank. Also, it was awarded as the first runner up from a Champion for Change competition in Thailand and was put on the spotlights in both newspaper and magazine in Thailand.

Her passion is focused on changing a leader's mindset from driving business through policy to the mindset of driving through people development to effectively support an organization's business strategy, and lead to higher sustainable levels of performance. At incomparable level of importance, line managers are also her areas of focus to raise awareness and educate them to be able to outstandingly perform as a people manager, beside their daily work. Wasuthorn is also willing to help human resource practitioner to be able to build sound conceptual framework, develop people, and implement their people management and development initiatives as a strategic partner of the company.
