Jagajanani – JJ as she is popularly referred - is a passionate networker, working in the HR domain for the last over 20 years. She is a Post graduate in Social work, with PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She is currently pursuing her doctorate from the Vellore Institute of Technology on Employability of engineering graduates.
JJ has held several positions in HR in leading IT, ITES organizations such as Ramco Systems, HCL, and Intelenet global services. She has managed the HR functions for a workforce of about 12000 pan India in International BPO operations. Performance engineering, engagement initiatives for employee delight, rewards and recognition are some of her core areas of specialization in HR.
She is currently the Global head of Leadership Development and Compensation & Benefits for CSS Corp, a multinational organization in Information Technology Support operating in 9 countries, with 5500 employees.
JJ enjoys reading, playing scrabble, Sudoku. She is also a professional singer in not-for-profit music bands.
